Reviews not showing and not completely downloading
I have two problems:
1. I have 10 Google reviews and 10 on FB, your app dowloads only 16 of them (using both retrive reviews buttons says that there are no more reviews to download)
2. Only 8 reviews are showed on my site, two of which are duplicates. I have even set the app to show reviews without text (because some of the 20 reviews above are without text) but this doesn't change anything

Check the Reviews page in the app. That will show everything that it was able to download.
Google will only return the 5 Most Helpful reviews in its API. It's just a limitation of their API not the application.
Facebook will sometimes not return all reviews with their API. It just depends on the privacy settings of the person who left the review.
As I said your app shows, on the reviews page, only 16 of my 20 total reviews.
And only 8 of them are showed on my site, two of which are duplicates, so only 6 actually

It looks like more than 8 are showing now. It could have been the cache. The template is cached for 24 hours, so if new reviews are added, it takes 24 hours for them to show on the front end. You can clear the cache by updating the review template.
