Error importing Google Reviews Error: Unable to find reviews for this location.

I'm receiving the following error when trying to import Google Reviews:

Error: Unable to find reviews for this location. Make sure you are using the correct Location Place Id. Note:Google will no longer return reviews that are listed as Service Area Businesses or businesses that do not have a physical location in their Places API.

Does this mean I can't use this app as an online only business?

Unfortunately not at this time. I have to find another way and currently Google isn't providing another API to get reviews for virtual businesses at this time.
