Have you downloaded any reviews using the Get Reviews page? Please post screenshots of that.
I have encountered the same error.
After retrieving my FB reviews (12), I can see them if I d/l the csv file, but I don't see them in the review list.
See if there are any javascript errors in the console. Right-click on the page > inspect > look for the console window. Please post a screenshot.
