That is by design. It doesn't let you change the text.

I'm not sure why you aren't seeing any arabic reviews. I'll need more information. What type of reviews are you trying to pull in? Can you send a link to where the reviews are located (Facebook, Google, Yelp,)?

Also not all the english reviews appear

I made some changes that will hopefully fix the language problem. You will have to remove them and re-add the reviews.
