How to reduce the size of the images and icons in the Slider

Google Page Speed check request that I have to reduce the size of

1-Slider_arrow_prev.png

2-Stars_5_yellow.png

3-All the images inside

However I can control them so I can't reduce their size

Please advice

Fixed

I just compressed the stars and slider arrows. I can't control the size of the Avatar images since they are being pulled from other sites.
