manage page permissions

Where do I add Manage_Pages Permissions to get FB reviews.  See error below in red.

Also can I get comments on posts as well?

Click the "Get Access Code Here" button and it should open a new window and request permissions from Facebook. Then copy the code and paste it in the"Secret Access Code" field. I have seen some issues where the browser will block the pop-up from facebook.
