Hi, Im trying to get in touch with support.

Have emailed a number of times. I have my API key and place ID.  I have a physical location in GMB.  But the App doesnt seem to be accepting my place id.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

You can check what the Google API is returning to the plugin with the following link. Replace the YOUR_PLACE_ID with your business Place_ID and the YOUR_API_KEY with your Google API.

https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/details/json?placeid=YOUR_PLACE_ID&key=YOUR_API_KEY

It should tell you if there is an error. If it works then the reviews should be listed at the bottom of the page. Check the URL field to make sure the Place ID is correct.
