How do I reposition the Google Review Slider?

Id like to resposition the slider so that its more prominent,

Could you kindly advise how to go about doing this?

It depends on how you added the code or section to display the slider. If you added a section then you would just drag it. If you added the code to a theme file then you would just move the code.
