Not compatible with Shopify 3.0 theme
I really loved using the app, but now I updated my Shopify theme to a 3.0 theme and the app doesn't work anymore. I'm hoping the developers can make some changes to the app so people using a 3.0 theme can use the app (again) as well. *fingers crossed* :)

Try going to the review template you created in the app and re-saving it. Then click on instructions and use one of the methods to re-add the template to the site.
