Reviews after Feb not showing up

The import function seems to be working but its not showing up in my reviews. Ironically, this happens right after I upgraded to the paid plan. Can you do something about this?

That might be a bug of some sort. Can you post your shopify store url? Also, what sort of reviews are you trying to import?

The Facebook feature is not currently working. Facebook is making a lot of changes to their API and are currently blocking the page rating call. I'm hoping they open it back up soon.

Can I request for a refund from Feb onwards? It sounds like I've been paying for an app that doesn't work.
