Why new reviews stopped showing even after updating template ?

Please provide more information. Are the reviews showing up in your Review List page? Make sure the review type on the template is not filtering them out.

no nothing, I even made a new app nothing the new ones didnt appear

If you're talking about Facebook then it is currently not working as they are changing a lot of stuff with their API.

Manually added ones should be working fine. Send me your store URL so I can request access and I'll take a look.

yes these are old am saying about the new ones on facebook, after this i added them manualy but they didnt even show on the review list 

Check it now. You had the template set to filter by page, when you manually insert them they are of type manual.

I tried now to add a manual review, and put it as manual - facebook type, updated the template number and put it in the theme but didnt appear

On the template page this is the setting I'm talking about. When you manually add them they are manual type even if they are Facebook. You can leave the all unchecked or check them all just in case.
