Can't Seem To Upgrade
We are trying to upgrade to the pro account, but the free trial just said "pending" for 7 days, and now says" expired". What are we missing to set up our pro account?

What is your store name? I'll see what I find out on my end. Did you look under the Support > Account inside the app? Also, make sure your browser is not blocking 3rd party cookies.
My store is k-neesio. The upgrade seems to have gone through now, though! We were also experiencing errors uploading reviews manually after upgrading, and the errors stopped today. Not sure what caused the issues.
