I have gotten new reviews since I first started using this app, but the new ones won't show up.
I have gotten new reviews since I first started using this app, but the new ones won't show up. I have made new templates, saved, re-downloaded and nothing works. (from facebook)

What happens when you click the "Retrieve Reviews" button on the Facebook tab? Are you getting any error messages?
Hi Josh, no, it just says downloading and then says "finished"
Can you send me the link to the FB page and give me an example of one that wont download?

Only the first 2 show up
I updated it a few days ago. Can you try removing all of your reviews and re-downloading them?
Hi, I uninstalled and then installed again. Most of them showed up this time except for the 6th one. It doesn't have text, just 5 stars but I did change the template to show ratings without text as well. When I retrieved reviews, it did say it retrieved 6 reviews but is only showing 5
Are all 6 of the reviews present on the Review List page of the app?
