Where exactly are you seeing this error?
When Im in my shopify store and I go into apps and into your app, I try and hit templates or any other tab and this error comes out. I was trying to enter a review manually and it also came up.
Could be one of 2 things.
1) Your browser may be blocking third party cookies. Please follow this link and allow cookies from: app.testimonialhub.com

2) Your store doesn't have a SSL cert. This is easy to check, just try to access your store using the https instead of http
