I can't seem to connect to Facebook or Google, I keep getting this error. I've used your app on our Wordpress site, but am switching to Shopify and trying to get set up there but it's not working.

Sounds like your browser is blocking 3rd party cookies. Please check your browser privacy settings and add an exception allowing it to store website data:
Chrome:
Open the Content Settings Page at chrome://settings/content, select Cookies and add app.testimonialhub.com as an allowed exception in the section "Allow".
Firefox:
Open Options -> Privacy, select "Use custom settings for history" for "Firefox will" under History, select "Exceptions" (Cookies) and add https://app.testimonialhub.com as an allowed exception.
