Facebook not downloading reviews

On occasion you may not be able to download Facebook reviews. Here is something you can try...

Open a new browser tab and login to Facebook. Now open another browser tab and login here...

Uncheck the Facebook page and re-check it. When it is checked the app will try to save the page token in the database again.

Now switch back and try to download them again. When you do right-click on the page > inspect, look for the console window. See if there are any message or errors.
