Can you tell me what sort of review you are adding? Is it a manual review added to the Review List? If so, please send me the details of the review so I can test it.

If you use the API method then it can do it automatically. Otherwise, you'll need to go in and click the download button again for the crawl method. My plan is to add this as a benefit to the Pro users.

First make sure they are on the Review List. If they are not, the download the new ones. Then go to the Template page and click the clear cache button. The cache is automatically cleared ever 24 hours.

It should be working again now.

What is the place id or search terms you are using?

It depends on how you add it to your site. If you use the 1st method then the section will have an ID. You can find it by right-clicking on the page > inspect. 

You could use any element that has an ID that is close by.

Do you mean something like an anchor link?
