That is by design. It doesn't let you change the text.

I'm not sure why you aren't seeing any arabic reviews. I'll need more information. What type of reviews are you trying to pull in? Can you send a link to where the reviews are located (Facebook, Google, Yelp,)?

You can add this custom CSS to the template to increase the size of the dots.
