Sorry no. The Google API will only return the 5 Most Helpful reviews not all of them and not the newest reviews. When Google changes the 5 Most Helpful then the app will add any new ones.

I do have plans to work around this limitation in the future.

You need to go to the Templates tab inside the app and create a template. Then it will give you instructions to add it to your site.

Yelp changed some things on their site. I believe I have it fixed in the beta version. Do you mind giving it a try. You can go to the Account page inside the plugin and check the "join beta users" box. Then the update should show up.

Also, keep in mind you can also download Yelp reviews with the Get Reviews > Review Funnel page.

Once you start the app, there is a Templates tab at the top. After you create a review template there is an instructions button.

Facebook has moved away from star ratings and now only has positive or negative recommendations. The one red star is what they use for a positive recommendation.
