Yes, you should be able to set the number of rows on the slider template settings. If it isn't working for you, then please post a link to it on your site.

Unfortunately, Google limits the number their API will return to the 5 Most Helpful. Currently, you can't grab all 200+ and display them. Like I said earlier, the app should slowly add reviews as Google changes the 5 Most Helpful.

Google will only return the 5 Most Helpful (NOT newest) reviews in their Places API. This is a limitation of Google. When they add a new one to the 5 Most Helpful the plugin should grab it automatically if you have the auto option checked. That way you can slowly build up your database.
