Sorry, not at the moment. This app is only for displaying testimonials. You could manually create a button/link to your Google profile so they could leave a review there.

Try going to the review template you created in the app and re-saving it. Then click on instructions and use one of the methods to re-add the template to the site.

Are you on the Paid version of the app? Only the paid version will display a manually entered icon.

Did you go to the Template page in the app and create a review template? After that, there will be an instructions button that can help you get them on your site.

No, just make sure that you change the 10 and 13 to match your template ID numbers.
