I have set up everything using Customs Content and HTML code. Everything is working, I have also made two templates - one for wide screen with 3 testimonials and one for mobile with 1 testimonial with slider. super. But The Custom Content has to have Title - its called Heading. I have used "Testimonials", but now when I have 2 of them, its showing two times Testimonials on the page, one is empty (due to custom CSS) and one is normal. This Heading cannot be empty. How to solve this?

We are trying to upgrade to the pro account, but the free trial just said "pending" for 7 days, and now says" expired". What are we missing to set up our pro account?

Why new reviews stopped showing even after updating template ?

Even though i have added 4-5 manual reviews, the website shows just one. Please help. Its urgent

The import function seems to be working but its not showing up in my reviews. Ironically, this happens right after I upgraded to the paid plan. Can you do something about this?

Hi there - I've followed instructions and the FB app + import doesn't work, it just says it's retrieving them and doesn't ever work.
I also tried using an old already approved app (FB isn't approving new apps due to CA breach), and that didn't work either.
