All my FB reviews are listed under review section but its not showing on the website.

I just purchased a new shopify template and now do not know how to add the testimonial slider to my homepage.

I can't seem to connect to Facebook or Google, I keep getting this error. I've used your app on our Wordpress site, but am switching to Shopify and trying to get set up there but it's not working.

Hi,

I've just setup the app and sometimes (randomly), the reviews don't show up on the page.

When I look at the console (in Google Chrome), I see the error message

"Error pulling reviews from Social Review Slider database."

Anyone else who faced this issue?

Is there a fix?

Hi Team,

I previously was able to retrieve my Facebook reviews.

Today I noticed the pictures missing from previously retrieved Facebook reviews.

I removed all reviews and tried downloading the reviews again however was not able to.

I get a message that reviews download is completed however nothing is coming through.

The app is grabbing reviews from FB but the reviewers photo is not coming in.  

Any suggestions?

I have gotten new reviews since I first started using this app, but the new ones won't show up. I have made new templates, saved, re-downloaded and nothing works. (from facebook) 

Facebook changed reviews to Recommendations.....new Recommendations are not transferring to my Shopify store as Reviews once did.....will this APP be updated soon to transfer Recommendations soon?
